Sizing and Fit
Where can i find size and fit information?

Click on ‘Size Chart' on each item’s page to view our conversion chart. We also provide model measurements. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us at Contact@modestories.com

My sizes vary depending on my weight, height, and/or hip measurements. What should I do?

Size charts are in each product page to guide you and help you find the best fit.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.

If you don't find the answer to your question, feel free to contact us; we'll be happy to assist you.

How accurate are your size charts?

Our size charts are carefully crafted to provide accurate measurements for each garment. However, slight discrepancies may occur due to variations in fabric stretch, design, and manufacturing processes. We recommend using the provided measurements as a guide alongside your own body measurements for the most accurate fit.

Do you offer petite or plus sizes?

Yes, we strive to provide inclusive sizing options to accommodate a diverse range of body types. Our collections may include petite, regular, and plus sizes, depending on the item.

Exchanges and Returns
When will my order ship?

All orders placed after 10 am GMT+1 will ship out within 3-5 business days. All orders placed on Friday after 10 am GMT+1 will ship out the following week.

What carrier will my order be shipped with if it qualifies for free shipping?

Your orders will go out via standard domestic economy shipping.  

Whats the shipping timelines for domestic orders?

We’re a small business, and we take additional precautions to keep our team safe and healthy at our fulfillment center. While we try to ship all packages out within 3-5 business days, our standard monthly fulfillment timelines may be delayed by up to 10 business days. We appreciate all the love and support as we work to get shipments out as quickly as possible with everyone’s safety in mind.

  • Standard (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited (2-3 business days)
Whats the shipping timelines for international orders?

International orders are going to take a little longer to get to you. All international carriers are experiencing a general slowdown across the board regarding both shipping and tracking information, though the majority of packages are being delivered on schedule.

How long does it take to deliver to my country?

Delivery times depend on the destination country. An estimated delivery time and cost will be displayed during checkout. There is no guaranteed delivery date for orders sent via postal services. Delivery dates quoted at checkout are an estimation only. During busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, can result in delivery delays.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue by arranging for a replacement or providing a refund, depending on your preference and the availability of the item.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Are your factory workers paid a fair wage?

All of our warehouse and factory workers are ensured fair wages, safe environments and healthy working conditions.

Where are your items manufactured?

Proudly, our items is ethically produced in factories located in Morocco. We work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure that our garments are made under fair labor conditions and in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

What materials are used in your clothing?

We are committed to using high-quality materials that are both sustainable and comfortable. Our clothing is crafted from a variety of materials, including organic cotton, recycled polyester, TENCEL™, and other eco-friendly fabrics. Are your clothes environmentally friendly?

We strive to minimize our environmental impact by using eco-friendly materials, implementing responsible manufacturing practices, and reducing waste throughout our production process. We conduct thorough inspections at every stage, from fabric sourcing to final garment assembly, to ensure that our clothing meets our stringent quality standards. What steps do you take to minimize waste in your production process?

We are committed to minimizing waste in all aspects of our operations. Our production process is designed to optimize material usage and reduce excess waste. We also prioritize recycling and responsible disposal of any unavoidable waste generated during manufacturing.

Can I visit your production facilities?

At this time, our production facilities are not open to the public. However, we are transparent about our manufacturing practices and welcome any questions or inquiries you may have regarding our production process.
